Austria 2017 National Legal Document

This law revision regulates how the Universities related-Structural Funds are competitively awarded among public universities in Austria.This is based on quality, quantity and performance indicators such as the number of study programmes, number of graduates, third-party funding and doctoral candidates employed by the universities. The available amount of the Higher Education Area - Structural Funds is divided into 5 shares: 60% for study programmes; 8% for graduates; 15% for knowledge transfer; 4% for structured doctoral programmes and 13% for cooperations.

It forms part of a larger strategic agenda called Marshall Pan 4.0 that was approved in May 2015 and that envisages to make the region of Wallonia more competitive.

Luxembourg 2016 National Legal Document

This document is the 2016 edition of the National Reform Programme of Luxembourg, which reviews the implementation status of measures announced in 2015 and addresses the 2015-2016 Council recommendations. In addition it takes on Luxembourg's national objectives for 2020, the priorities of the Annual Growth Survey 2016 and the conclusions of Luxembourg's 2016 Country Report published by the Commision in February 2016.

Finland 2016 National Legal Document

This action plan provides a more detailed description of the timetables, measures and financing of the key projects. It is a programme for change to which the Government is strongly committed. The Government has decided to make a one-off appropriation of EUR 1 billion for the key projects and determined the allocation of the funds in the General Government Fiscal Plan for 2016–2018. This Government action plan will be implemented within the framework of said funding, the existing authorised spending limits and the other provisions of the General Government Fiscal Plan.

Cyprus 2016 National Legal Document

The R&I framework programme 2014-2020 was launched in 2016 under the name “RESTART 2016-2020 Programmes”, after no new calls had been published during 2014 and 2015. The programme mainly implements measures set out in Cyprus's smart specialisation strategy, and forms part of the Structural Funds Operational Programme "Competitiveness and Sustainable Development".
